⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Chick-fil-A has officially become my absolute favorite and my go-to spot, especially since I work right at the hospital down the street. Every single visit feels like a breath of fresh air during a busy workday. The staff are consistently kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help—service here is truly top tier and it shows. Lunch breaks can be stressful, but stopping here is honestly refreshing in a way that’s hard to explain. From the speed and accuracy to the warm smiles, they make you feel appreciated every time. I even received a little gift card for a free item just for placing my first mobile order, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I get the Kale Crunch salad at least once a week. Lately the container has been 1/2 full. I’m paying $4.09 for $.25-.$.50 worth of kale, at least fill up the small container. I called and spoke to Tim who graciously gave me a replacement but it was the same as the one I called about. It’s delicious but it has just not been worth $4.09 lately with the reduced portion. Please fix this issue 🙏🏻.

Max and Joseph…. We did not even make it through the drive through lane or get our food before we started writing this review. They were so awesome, very kind, fun, and willing to help. You could tell their attitudes were genuine and not forced customer service. Made our Chick-fil-A experience great!!!! Telling all our friends- we will be back just for them. Please continue scheduling them together because they bring a great environment :)

This is the first Google review I’ve ever left without someone asking me to do so. The gentleman who seemed to be running the show did not fancy himself above taking orders. His politeness and hospitality was truly the best I’ve ever seen in any restaurant. But it went much deeper than just food service. It seemed genuine. Alive. Like it wasn’t just the leftovers of his duties at work, but it was truly something he felt deep in his heart was important. After I sat down, this gorgeous brunette woman came out and brought me my order. Her eyes… I can’t explain it… they shared a message. Absolutely never again !!! Power went out as I was stuck in drive - thru. Waited 30 minutes for them to tell me i just cant get ice cream and fries. After telling the lady my order, she then proceeds to tell me nevermind thay they ran out of food. I then had to wait another 15 minutes in the drive - thru for a total 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. Excellent service chick - fil - a 🙄.
