Chick-fil-A

We ate a late lunch at Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was very busy but the staff was friendly and efficient. The condiment counter did not have catsup packets. There was a play area inside. The glass between the play area and dining area was filthy!

Usually the worse thing is the inconsistent chicken size, but today they gave me the wrong sauce. I was so disappointed when I went to eat my biscuit and didn't have honey. No matter how long the line is they are great about getting people through quickly and I don't think I have ever had bad customer service here which is extremely hard to find.

This location used to be the best, but last time I dined in at this location I had to watch a worker get jumped in the drive-thru. This time I took it to-go and there was a stink bug fried with my fries. There was one on my car in line, so I’m sure it just flew in the door. Still not appetizing to see when you get home.

Always good, always fresh, and their logistics are top notch. I recommend signing up for their rewards program. They offer free rewards pretty often and ive gotten free sandwiches etc. The mobile order feature is great and easy to use.

I can forgive this location getting my name wrong through the drive though , or calling my car a minivan or the wrong color. But at 5:45 am when I have shut my vehicle off and have spoken clearly to still receive the wrong items is unacceptable. This microwave bacon quality is on par with the ordering speaker quality in your drive thru. Please at least fix your speaker so I can order chicken.
