Chick-fil-A

I come somewhat regularly and there’s usually always a line especially between 12-2:30 but the wait isn’t to bad though it goes pretty quickly. The food is always good, fresh and hot, the lemonade is great too. I’ve always had pleasant experiences the only time I’ve had an unpleasant experience was on Friday I ordered a deluxe sandwich meal and the bottom bun was hard as a brick. 10.8.22 update: Came here on 9/29 and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and 8 count nuggets and had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food because they were “out of nuggets” and were taking their good old time frying them up, didn’t even let me know when I first ordered that they were low on nuggets so there might be a wait time just had me as well as a bunch of people also waiting for nuggets standing there for a hal

This place is far away from Chick-Fil-A standards. Cashier “Yvenne” was really rude and literally provoked me to get into argument with her. On top of that, I didn’t receive my order in full and it was cold. Do yourself a favor and avoid this establishment.

I ordered a medium fry and frosted lemonade and accidentally said diamond dollars and corrected myself with meal swipe; they had me pay diamond dollars which isn't the worst. But then they miss my frosted lemonade and I point it out and am given a normal lemonade. This place is almost always really busy as well, you are much better off going somewhere else.

For the food, it seems to be the standard Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately this location desperately needs a review of the order fulfillment system. It appears that order numbers are called, but the orders are just held at the counter as numbers are repeatedly called. Sauces are typically forgotten and my order came with no napkins.

I order chicken nuggets and brownie. The staff handed me my order. I sat down and eat I open my brownie I didn’t see at the first time so I opened it. It isn’t the brownie, but is a cookie. I return back to the store I didn’t even asked about my order also they didn’t asked me why I am came back. They told me they didn’t have brownies today. I asked them why didn’t you tell me first that you didn’t have a brownie today and the price is different. Because of my accent they started laughing at me I really felt so bad not because they didn’t care about my order, but how they treated me like this way. They treated costumers like we are begging for the food that we paid for, but the older lady very nice she deserves better.
