Chick-fil-A

It's a Chick-fil-A. The food is as good as always, and the service has always been nice when we've come here. But what is with that playground? In the pictures, it looks so much better, with a car and everything. Now they have this plain looking one that has nothing to do. You just climb and stand there. There's not even a slide. May as well just take the food home and let my toddler play in her room. But putting that aside, I also have experience knowing that the drive-thru is awesome. They figured out efficiency with that. I'll probably take my family through there next time.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I wish I could give a -0 star! It’s an older lady that works there. Have no clue on what her name is. She seems nice, but doesn’t like taking extra steps. Very lazy! She got mad at me for asking her for extra sauce. She came back to the car with the extra sauce. I said “thank you” She said “mmhmm”, where is the “my pleasure?”… her customer service SUCKS! Food was great though!

The best Chick-fil-A hands down. It's always insanely busy but they never make you feel like you are just a number. Whether it's in the drive-thru or inside the service is always fast and extremely efficient. They've never gotten my order wrong in hundreds of trips.

Normally I would not complain simply because at this location 801 in holly springs the team members are super nice and efficient. Mason for some odd reason was giving his very best effort to complicate my very simple order #1 chicken egg and cheese on a bun...! Mason repeated my order back to me 4 times and on the 5th time he repeated it incorrectly again, now he could see the frustration and now he could hear it .I was the only customer in line by the way,Mason found it humorous as I exhale he then gives me this grimace and roll his eyes up. I said to him you know don't worry about it and walk out. I am grateful for changes any other time it would have been lively hood lost and bail being posted.

Siljen is the best chick-fil-a worker. He is always so nice and literally the best ever. He’s so genuine and always friendly he makes chick-fil-a a better place. king 👑
