Chick-fil-A

Go to one in Miami Lakes. Much better service, better food, faster line. Actually feels like Chic-fil-a whereas this store feels more like a war experience trying to batter for Chic-fil-a sauce and salt like they’re rationing them out. Must be to prepare for the next quarantine where the staff here will be fully stocked on Chic-fil-a sauce and salt that they’ve restricted from their customers.

Excellent service at this Chick-fil-A. Probably the best one in the area. Service is quick and always gets it right. Ana always takes care of us and the kids, brings us anything we need and takes the trays when we are done. She’s the BEST!!!

You can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The Spicy deluxe Chicken Sandwich hits the spot! Crispy, juicy, and with just the right kick. Waffle fries were golden and perfect

I’ve had several inconveniences at this particular Chick-fil-A prior to this visit, but this experience put the icing on the cake. Our order was wrong, and we explained the issue three separate times—first to the gentleman who took our order before we even reached the drive-through window, then to two staff members after. Nothing was corrected and no apology was offered. When the manager arrived, he was rude and implied I was lying. When I asked for the general manager, Alberto I believed his name was stated that he was the general manager. Zero accountability, poor leadership, and unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning!☹️

I wanted to order through the Chick-fil- A app since I am already a member. In the past experiences, I have been able to receive my orders through the online platform. My order went through today, however, when I wanted to review it to see the status - it literally said " Something went wrong with my order. Please try again later". Then when I closed the app and opened it again, literally states that my order has yet to start. I am extremely upset with how this app functions and I got charged for this order that I have yet to receive. I had to ask my family member to order my food through UberEats. Update: I received my food at 10:23am.
