I love Chick-fil-A however this time I asked for a large cup of fruit, and I guess I paid for the cup only because it only contain 1/4 of cup of the fruit

LOVE Matthew’s energy omg. Took our order at the drive thru during rush. He was so sweet, well-spoken, and attentive. Of course everyone else is always on their toes, sharp, and kind, but Matthew’s energy is just so genuinely positive it radiates! lol

Very unsatisfied with my visit, ordered a soup and a yogurt parfait, drove off and they had not included the parfait. Went back and they parked me because they didn't have any parfaits "ready", I waited 10 minutes and nothing until I decided to call out to someone that was out there and I asked for a refund. They also did NOT include a spoon for my soup.

This is the second time my husband goes to get his breakfast and they give him a hard biscuit not once but twice . They had given him a makeup reward for it and they still manage to give him a hard biscuit and then when I call to resolve the problem no one answers the phone .
