Chick-fil-A

I’m leaving this review because I had a very disappointing experience at this Chick-fil-A, especially considering the high standards the company is known for. I went through the drive-thru and told the employee standing outside that I had placed a mobile order but needed to make a change because the app wouldn’t allow me to. I also needed to place a separate order to pay for a drink out of pocket. She told me that was fine and said to let them know at the window. This location only has one drive-thru lane and one window. Even with a mobile order, there’s no expedited lane, so you still have to wait in the same line. I waited about 20 minutes — even though part of my order was just a drink. Food and service was great. We were asked multiple times while seated if we needed anything and it was brought to us promptly.

I bought a 30 count for me and my boyfriend and ordered Polynesian sauce. When I got my food there was no Polynesian in the bag so when my boyfriend went to ask for it the lady only gave him one and when he asked for more since we have a 30 count she said she can only give us four because we only got fries and nuggets. She was rude and kept looking at us when we were eating. The food was good but the lady made my experience extremely uncomfortable.

My dome doctor mentioned that she likes Chick-fil-A so I had to make sure this location was up to standard with the other Chick-fil-A restaurants in the area. I ordered the 8 piece chicken minis combo and I'll say that I was "just" satisfied with my order. The soft buttered taste of the yeast rolls are way easier to digest and swallow compared to the dry biscuits I had to nearly force down my throat the last visit I had here. Overall this Chick-fil-A location receives a 7.5/10. I think this location is adequate enough to serve me and my dome doctor on our next Chick-fil-A themed date night.

Worst experience of my chick fil a eating career. The drive thru team could not by pass the cars in an efficient manner and was an entire conundrum from the beginning. Once my order was placed there was mass confusion on the order of the line. Then i finally get my order and half of it is wrong , there is no sauce, and i was charged for a deluxe when i just wanted the regular spicy. Preposterous.
