Chick-fil-A

We're frequent visitors to this location! I love this place for its cleanliness, staff, and comfort. Today there were fresh flowers on the tables! The hall was decorated beautifully. A large and interesting area for kids.

I've been coming to this Chick-fil-A since I moved here about 5 years ago. Its been 5 stars up until about 2 months ago and once again today. Service has went from immediate to "whenever they feel like it" My daughter and I have walked in a couple times before and have stood at the order counter for at least 5 minutes without one person acknowledging us. I miss the old crew who gave a damn about us when we walked in, now it's just bratty, self centered, clearly no direction at home kids. So sad. UPDATE AS OFTHIS MORNING: Still rude, still disrespectful, especially the 3 working the front and bagging food and because of this you went from 2 stars to 1 star

This is the $13 gluten free option I paid for. No toasted bun, assembly your own sandwich and only 1 packet of sauce. Please. Just don’t even try. This is a waste of my money.

Our family loves this place.... delicious food, friendly & fast service, and the indoor playground is a huge bonus for the kiddos!

Asked the woman to slow down her speech, she did not. Then when I brought it up to her again, she responded with “sorry we are just really fast paced” I’ve come to this Chick-fil-A many times and I’ve never had an issue with understanding anybody so I was taking back with the woman being short with me
