Chick-fil-A

Everything was amazing except for the smallest piece of chicken I got on my biscuit, seriously Chick-fil-A 7$ for essentially 2-3 chicken nuggets.

Every time we do pick up, something is left out of our bag. Sometimes a sandwich, sometimes a soup, sometimes fries. We try to call and no one ever picks up or calls back when we leave a message. Be sure to check your bag before leaving and maybe you’ll have a better experience.

We were just in the drive thru and had to leave without getting anything because one of your cashiers in the drive thru was very rude. We asked her if she could walk over to the passenger side so I could tell her what we wanted because my mom was on the phone and she literally told us “ no “. She didn’t give us a reason or anything she told us no and we’ve asked each time we came there and everyone else didn’t mind. I don’t know what her problem was but I didn’t appreciate her being rude and smug. Whatever happened to your employees being kind? It seems like the ones you all have now have unprofessional behavior. I recommend re-training them especially since they’re working for customer service because this is unacceptable.

This location always has AWESOME service! We dined in during our experience. Customer service was AMAZING! We received our food order ACCURATELY, and within three minutes of ordering. Restaurant was moderately busy, however, overall—the condition of the restaurant was satisfactory. The indoor playground is a plus! All equipment was in good repair, and the playground is large enough for several children to play at one time.

I was severely disappointed with the service at this chicken-fil-A. Today I went through the drive thru and got extremely slow service. When I reach the window they told me to pull around a car infont of me and told me to pull around a dangerous curb where tons of traffic was passing. I waited even longer for my meal and the server came out and barely said a word to me. No apology. When I left I realized the messed up my dink order. Sucky service would not recommend. Put me in a dangerous situation.
