Chick-fil-A

I have a gluten allergy and requested a grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun, they 1. refused to cook the bun and insisted I take home a frozen bun… I’m sorry did I order a frozen sandwich or a cooked one? 2. Then they gave me breaded chicken which I obviously cannot eat and didn’t order, I ordered grilled. They did nothing to solve the matter and never have. The woodruff road location is horrible service and don’t care about customers just money but who’s shocked ?

Every time I come to this location my order is on point and so is the customer service. I’m the one who always has an odd or complicated order. Somehow yall always get it right the atmosphere from the employees is just a plus :) Thank you so much!

Cockroach found in my frosted lemonade. Was offered a new one and declined then was offered a refund on the drink.

Best Chick-fil-A in the area. They are always incredibly fast no matter how long the line is. The new drive through really helps. Great food and service as usual. “It is my pleasure to serve!”

Was given the wrong order in the drive thru. Instead of delivering the correct order directly across the street, I had to come back in. The order was not ready when I got back, and I waited again. 30 minutes of my day wasted
