Chick-fil-A

Our team came here after a cross country race. Even though they were busy they were fast and very nice. Food was fresh and properly prepared. Special note, Mrs. Shelia was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure our visit was first class. She definitely needs to be recognized as an outstanding team member by senior leadership and given a substantial bonus or raise. We will definitely be back just because of her.

This location is TERRIBLE! If it's not the cold sandwiches, the no dressing on the kale crunch salad with no roasted almonds to the undercooked, soggy waffle fries! I have had quite enough. Do better Chick-fil-A.

We are HUGE chick fil a supporters, in fact we eat here at least twice a week. This is not the first occurrence…they stuff the bags so full and rush us out the drive thru that once we get home we check our food and the order is incorrect. So, we either have to suck it up and eat food that we did not order or drive all the way back and fight to get our correct order! Oh and never mind trying to call the restaurant because they never answer. I’m not one to post bad reviews, but this time we have had enough!

I went to chick fil a last night, Lily took my order, and was the most friendly, speedy, passionate employee I have ever met at any restaurant. Highly recommend this chick fil a as the food was hot and quick, and the staff is super friendly, especially Lily.

I had a free breakfast mini coupon that I needed to use or it would expire soon. I went to use it and got in the drive thru. It took over 1/2 an hour just to get to the person to say I had a mobile order. She said breakfast was over (it was 10:33 and breakfast closes at 10:30) so I could no longer get it. I’m like I literally already ordered it and have been in line for over 1/2 an hour! She didn’t care. The coupon ended up expiring because I couldn’t go any other day due not getting off for to work in time (military). Worst Chick-fil-A experience of my life. Will not go back to this location.
