I’ve never seen a line triple wrapped around a restaurant until last night & I’ve NEVER received as well of customer service during a rush as I did last night. For starters it took me maybe 15 minutes to order and get my food. As someone who has worked in fast food for years, I was EXTREMELY impressed with how the employees worked together as a team and everything seemed seamless! I can not express how much i recommend this CFA

The hack is this: order a chicken sandwich minus the bread (I ordered the fried one, but the healthier option is the grilled chicken). Cut up the chicken, scatter the pieces onto the salad, remembering to add the almond crunch packet that comes with the salad), and then if desired drizzle with your favorite Chik Fil A sauce. This was a delicious meal that I highly recommend. It's filling, protein-rich--and doesn't leave me feeling stuffed. Highly recommend. I'm going to try it again with different sauces. Pulled into an extremely long drive through line. Thought it would take awhile. Not only did I get my food exactly as ordered (modified) but I got taken care of within 5 minutes. Employees were pleasant despite being busy and working in the cold.

I decided to get breakfast today and that was a big mistake. The girl who took my order Breanna totally screwed up my order. Gave me a scramble bowl with no meat. I never told her no meat. She never even asked me what side I wanted either. Though chick fil a refunded my order, it doesn’t in fact fix the situation. I’m stuck at work now with the wrong breakfast. Not the end of the world but it is bad customer service. I will probably skip coming back to this store if their employees are as bad as this person was today.

Every single employee has had incredible customer service and an awesome attitude. Also, shout out to Hunter who is moving his way up the ladder and goes out of his way to give a friendly "hello" and "how ya doin" every time I come through the line.
