Chick-fil-A

We live in NWA and only came to this location after visiting family in the hospital. It’s very apparent that this location doesn’t change their fryer oil like they’re supposed to. The taste of the chicken and fries was so diluted by the taste of the old oil. We also witnessed an older man make jokes to a young girl who was just trying to order a salad. It was all a bit over the top. We visit Chick-fil-A because of the hospitality and quality of food. They’ve got some work to do at this location.

I live in NWA, but come to Fort Smith once a month. I have been to this location twice. The first time I ordered a wrap and it had so much cheese in it and barely any chicken. The person that brought the food was also kinda rude. I tried again yesterday, and waited like 30 mins for curbside. I finally yelled for one of the workers and she asked to see my order. My screen had already cleared out because it had been so long. I showed her my email and she said they must have given it to another person. She went to get my order again. No offer of a coupon was really disappointing. I thought I was being really patient and she didn't seem to care. Pretty sure I'm not going for a 3rd try.

Came through and ordered a plain chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese, I received a chicken sandwich with Colby Jack, no biggie. I call the store and tell them what happened, swing back by to pick up my correct order, receive a spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and Colby jack cheese. Sandwich was still amazing. Everyone was kind but lacking in other departments.

Best breakfast food on Rogers ave. Best chicken in Fort Smith. The staff is always friendly and food is fresh. Their drive through is the most efficient one of any fast food joint.

I ordered online 10 min before breakfast was over. By the time I got there it was past breakfast hours. Fortunately, the team members were able to honor my order!
