Chick-fil-A

The team operating this store is outstanding! Very nice and attentive to all of the customers. I don’t know if this is their typical Wed evening, but staff was in the dining area, checking on everyone. Not a “typical “ fast food experience for families.

I visited on March 12, 2025. The staff lack the great customer service delivery that chilck fil a delivers. The lines are long and service is slow. While paying for my drink order, the lady said.. "please remind me you said no ice because if I mess up, I'm NOT remaking your order." I told her, "I'm telling you now." Such a waste of time. The only good thing is, they gave us a free sandwich and fries because they didn't pay attention. The food was good.

The older lady at the front counter is very rude to the college young women. I have been on the phone with my daughter over 4 times and she is constantly rude and nasty! I would suggest putting her back in the kitchen bc she is not a people’s person.

Several miles off of the interstate and a waste of time trying to get to it.... They should take it off of the road signs since it's on a college campus....I love chic filet but won't waste my time trying to get to this one again

Food was great. Management person tried not to let me use the restroom for my emergency because they wanted to fix the mouth wash machine. She was very hateful. I didn't get her name.
