Chick-fil-A

Super organized drive thru. Every now and then there can be a bit of a wait but it's pretty steady. They are ALWAYS busy. There truly is no perfect time to go, you'll always have a line. Food is always hot and fresh and they're so nice!

We have been at this location many times. Today the food was terrible. My biscuit was greasy and falling apart. The dinning room is usually very clean but today it was not.

Good food - Slow Service!!! It took 14 minutes from the time we ordered until the time we received our 2 Chicken Sandwich Combos. The sandwiches were tasty, as usual. The waffle fries were served hot. I could not figure out the delay as people who came in after us got their food before us.

Great food. Usually great service however today they dropped the ball. I recommend never using DoorDash for this location. You are out of luck if your order is wrong. The HR Director Damien didn’t do anything to compensate for my inconvenience. The first “manager” hung up on me. The second “manager” Justin was very pleasant and did his best so I will say he was the only professional on staff today most likely. HR needs to do refresher training. Extremely disappointing experience this morning. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations over the years and this is the first one I would actively recommend people avoid. My husband received his food while mine was completely forgotten. We also had to remind staff that we never received our drinks. No one asked if we wanted condiments—we were only told what this location “doesn’t do,” which came off dismissive. The employee taking our order appeared uninterested and unhappy to be there. There was no friendliness, no smiles, and not a single “my pleasure,” which is usually standard for Chick-fil-A. The food quality was just as bad. The chicken was very dry, and the lemonade tasted watered down and unpleasant. Overall, the service, attitude, and food quality were far below Chick-fil-A sta
