I recently had the pleasure of being served by Jacalyn at Chick-fil-A, and I have to say, her service was outstanding. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Jacalyn’s positive attitude and professionalism really stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my order. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone as dedicated as Jacalyn on their team!

I went to the drive- thru, earlier- 6- ish, with my teen son. It was very busy! There was a singular young girl running the whole show. She was great!! So smiley and friendly; ❤️Then the guys, running the orders out?- so friendly and happy. This was a much needed interaction on a Friday night on Long Island. My 16 year old son agreed. Thanks guys ❤️❤️

Don’t normally leave reviews for places like this, but I just wanted to say Jeremy was top-notch from the moment we walked in to even delivering the food to our table asked us if we needed anything several times attention to detail was perfect. Food was great. Can’t say enough good things about this place will definitely be coming back to this has our new location.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made me feel valued as a customer. I left feeling not just satisfied with my experience, but eager to return and recommend this place to others, Also place was very clean and organized.  Will come back.

Thought it was just a random mistake but it seems like order problems and incorrect items is standard for this location based on previous recent reviews. My major concern is regarding the stale ice cold breakfast items being served later in the day. Are they holding onto breakfast items to reheat and serve to customers the next day? The department of health should really be looking into this restaurant for hazardous food safety protocols putting the public at risk.
