Chick-fil-A

First tim dining here. Everything, i mean EVERYTHING, here is very impressive, especially the staff and customer service overall. I met the custodian on the way out, she was so helpful, initiated to help me with my drink. 🙏 I left there about 5:38pm 3/6/26. Thanks so much Chick-Fil-A for offering such awesome foods, service and environment for us to dine in. Love the cleanliness, the staff constantly on top of their duties to keep the floor, tables, tables, etc. Clean, nice and neat. Love the real flowers in the vases, make my day 😍. It is so generous (nowaday) of Chick-Fil-A still having the sauces, silverware, etc out for customers to take freely 🙏. Can't say enough about my apprciations. Thank you 👍🙏

We always enjoy coming to Chick-fil-A, but what really makes our visits special is Mrs. Paubla. Every time we come in, she recognizes us and greets us with the warmest smile. It’s clear that she truly cares about the customers and wants everyone to have a great experience. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect, and her kindness and positive attitude make a big difference. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. Thank you, Mrs. Paubla, for always making our visits so welcoming and enjoyable!

We came here on Saturday, February 28 around 8 PM after I had a long day in the hospital due to breaking my ankle and getting surgery. We went through the drive thru and, in my still groggy state, I told the staff from the passenger seat that we're coming home from the hospital. They immediately expressed their concerned, but kept good spirits by saying something like "it's time for some good food!" When we got our food, we discovered they had put a chocolate chip cookie in there on the house. This little gesture just made me really emotional after such a stressful day and I want to recognize the staff for their service. It really did help lift my spirits and I'd like them to know that.

We visit almost daily to this location for our special needs son. The staff is incredible friendly. Emmett will greet our son and my son gives him double shake hands. You and the other staff make his day!

Great service! The customer service was wonderful ! At Centerville, Va John a young (teenager) gave us the best service we ever had in any Chick-fil-A . My granddaughter try to tip him and he didn’t take it. He said he can’t accepted but thanks . John was super sweet and always attentive. He is at the back of the picture
