Chick-fil-A

I’ve been to many Chic-fil-A locations. This one really blew me away. From the staff being super friendly and welcoming. Food came out in no time at all. Everything was fresh and hot. Sweet tea was on point! Staff were all so happy and pleasant. Jenn and Vanessa were the ones I had the most interactions with. Thanks for having such a great location!

First time we have been inside since the make-over. The outside flows a lot better than before. The inside play area has been removed. More seating area has been added. The inside atmosphere has definitely changed. It is more for families with older kids and older adults. The vibe is different without the play area. Very clean and organized. Great flow. Condiments are available a a minimal way - smaller stations. If you want anything that is not there ask at the main counter - always 5/5 with service. I’m sure this was done to avoid waste of condiments.

This Chick-fil-A location in Estero was renovated in 2025, and it shows—it feels clean, modern, and fresh every time I visit. The drive-thru is impressively efficient, even during busy hours. The traffic flow around the restaurant is smooth, which isn’t always the case at other locations. That said, parking for dining in can be difficult to find during peak hours. Inside, it’s spacious with plenty of seating, and the dining area is always tidy and comfortable. Service is fast when using the app, usually under 3 minutes, and the staff is friendly and professional. And of course, the food is exactly what you expect from Chick-fil-A: consistently delicious. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quick, reliable, and well-run experience.

Want to give a huge shout out to Jodi, for always going over and beyond. The whole team at chik fila is always a pleasant experience, but she’s truly amazing, Jodi at Chik Fil A, Estero. Attentive and cares about customers.

The woman that took our order,Vanessa,was fantastic. She had just started there and went above and beyond! I went to get a refill the lady that helped me,whose name was Jen,I said how nice Vanessa was and it turned out she was Jens DAUGHTER! Cool. I spoke to a manager and gave them a good thumbs up!😀
