Chick-fil-A

Have went here multiple times and they have not given me a refund when they don’t have certain food items I have already paid for. Multiple times my items were missing and they do not care. They just care about the money, not the customer satisfaction. The waits are long and I see food sitting waiting while the front of the house members are having conversations. There are better places to eat. The food is great, just not the customer service.

Something is up with Chick-Fil-A in Broward, this location and the other in Fort Lauderdale seem to have subpar food. The service is just as great, but the chicken smells off and doesn't taste near as fresh as Chick-Fil-A outside of this region. I hope management can figure out what's going on. I'm not the only one that's noticed this among my peers.

Apparently when they do not have the food you ordered and paid for they don’t gift refunds for those items. I lost $15.00 and left hungry……. Horrible chick fila not worth the walk.

Cold food , the chicken seems to shrink at this location
