Chick-fil-A

It pains me to write this review. I hate that I love Chick-fil-A. This location is awesome. The employees are even more amazing. But this is where is ends. The fries NEED TO BE MORE CRISPY! PLEASE. They're always so soggy. Most of the time they're stuck to each other. Let's step it up and crisp up those fries. Jared let's talk, maybe an option on the app for how one wants their fries? I doubt someone will choose soggy lol. (If you're out there, you're a maniac lol) Anyways Crispy fries.

This might be the best customer service out of all the Chick-Fil-A’s in NYC. I think the entire staff is welcoming and give off great vibes you can carry into your day. Dahliana is an amazing hard worker and always give great customer service after a long day of work!

This place is run by the sweetest people ever? Amazing service great food! VERY clean and honestly a joy to walk in and interact with the amazing team working here. Would love to come back! More places should be like this!

This is specific to the 79th and 2nd Ave location. The manager there is very attentive. He (not sure if there is more than one) was hands-on and even offered samples of their new drinks while we waited. Staff is extremely friendly. Maybe its because they are pretty new and not crowded yet. Let's see what happens after a few more months. It indicates mobile pick up, but you can do walk-ins. My pre-teen and I love this location!

This specific location seems to only hire absolute angels - everyone is so friendly! Genuinely improves my mood coming in here. My order is always correct, timely, and they often have samples. Great job guys!
