I don’t normally write while eating but made this exception today. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A experience. I should’ve read the reviews before visiting. The place is dirty, the food sucked. My sandwich was not what I ordered and paid for. And when I got what I ordered, the buns were cold. My food was served in a bag not a tray, even though my order was to eat in and was giving a table marker. Waited long for the food and then waited some more for the correct order, although the place wasn’t crowded or busy. If this was my first visit, it would’ve been my last. But because I know the Chick-fil-A standards, I’ll consider this visit never happened. I truly enjoy visiting Chick-fil-A on the Beltline, as it consistently provides a welcoming and pleasant experience. The staff is exceptionally kind and courteous, always greeting me with genuine warmth and professionalism, which makes each visit feel personal and appreciated. The efficiency of their service is impressive; I rarely have to wait long, whether I’m placing my order or receiving it, and the entire process feels seamless. It's chic fil a so the service and food was top notch. The parking lot however is extremely tight and packed, the drive through traffic makes it impossible to navigate through and find parking. Id recommend the other chic fil a down the street of your dinning in.

The people working here are all very nice and doing their best. Food is always great. But there are some serious issues with the drive thru line structure. I have never been to a slower CFA drive thru and I'm used to going to ones in Downtown Atlanta that can get 5x as many people through in a quicker time. There are some logistical issues going on here. Part of it is how horrible the layout of the drive thru and parking is. But it also seems like there are some other issues. You get your order here and you'll be stuck 5 cars back and have to wait to get out. I never get out of here without my food being cold.

Slowest drive through of my life. Food wasn’t even warm. It would have been faster to go to the chickfila across town. Staff was unprofessional as well.
