Chick-fil-A

Im not one really to complain but I placed a mobile order , went to pick my order up. I did get several biscuits for my family and I ordered grape jelly and a chocolate chip cookie as well , and got the opposite of what I wanted . I called the location to ask if they had grape jelly and chocolate cookies, she confirm they did have it so why did I get the opposite?? It feels intentional, this was not funny… I spent 10 extra minutes to go back in line really inconvenient..This location needs to do better…

Friday morning @ around 7:30 am I ordered via chick fil a online qty. 1 medium cold chicken strip trey w/plates/utensils to be picked up at 4:45 pm. I also paid for the purchase at the time of order. The website stated needed 4-5 hours advanced notice for the cold strips. Also confirmation stated to simply park to pick up, notify store and catering order would be delivered to my car - no need to get out. At 4:44 pm I went to drive thru (for a simple to-go order), notified employee I had a catering order to pick up. Was told I needed to go inside store. I showed employee confirmation and told him I'd let the window know when I get my order, and I will park. I told employee at window, they too said I needed to come into store. A nice assistant manager (female) saw my order, and said

Fresh and delicious food! People are nice and friendly. My food was delicious as always!

I would highly recommend double checking everything you order from this location, two times now I order food and when it arrives it's missing items. This is supposed to be a grilled chicken club with pepper jack and american cheese and this is what I got when I opened the box. No bun or any of the other toppings, Two times this has happened to me in the last week.

Overcrowded could barely talk. Got my sister's order wrong my order wrong and didn't give us the sauce didn't give me fries They gave me a FRUIT CUP! On the upside the nuggies were good. Also found something weird in my fruit.
