Chick-fil-A

Sad experience. Used to frequent here a lot but not anymore. Went through the mobile drive thru and received our order… just before we pull off we realized right off the bat; we were missing a milkshake and chose to go inside since it was a simple mistake, but when we went inside and waited for our turn at the counter; the moment It was our turn in line a lady at the counter, in red looked right over us, and immediately turned her attention straight to the lady behind us. I was extremely puzzled as of why we were looked over after waiting our turn in line… not wanting to interrupt we waited for after they finished talking to inform the lady in red that we were missing a milkshake. She barely acknowledged what we had said before telling us they’re working on it, so we stepped off to the sid

With Chick fil a you expect great food and service. They hold themselves to an even higher standard than I would. I went today and our food was "delayed". We still got our order in under 10 minutes which would be considered fast for a lot of other places in Danville. They apologized multiple times and did a little something extra to make up for service they thought was to slow. 5 stars

It was my pleasure to patron Chick-Fil-A as a guest. I have traveled far and wide, and eaten at many Chick-Fil-A establishments, and this location was nothing less than exceptional. All of the team members were incredibly helpful, especially Trainer Hailey

Normally, Chik-fil-a is great however I think my #1 sandwich was undercooked I didn't finish it. Had used the drive thru, and was not close enough to return or I would have. Amazingly the store gave me points the next day for a complete meal, so maybe others complained. I at least got my steps in going to the bathroom the following few days.

Food is always top notch and hot!! And when I asked for extra pickles man didn’t they deliver 😊
