I went to this location instead of my normal one in Christiansburg, never again. The girl had no clue on how to take my order, she overcharged me, the order was wrong, no straws in the bag and it took over 30 minutes. Ten minutes to order and over 20 for the food. Oh and whoever was bagging the order, someone with a red and white striped shirt, which I assume is a supervisor, touched their nose while bagging the food. I called later to see if they could fix where they overcharged me and no answer, had to leave a voicemail and I never got a call back. The food was fresh once we finally got it but the wait and service are horrible. I have been to Chick Fil A’s all over the East Coast and this is the worst one I have ever been to. They are not nice like the other locations either. Be prepared
Standard chick fil a food (nothing wrong with food). On Radford University Campus. Not fast. Not efficient. Got orders wrong. Got drinks wrong. Wait was very long. We went because we were in a time crunch and it was “fast food.”
Literally what the hell…if they run out of something …THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU?!? That should genuinely be a crime….and you have to wait 45 minutes for some nuggets. Absolutely ridiculous
Placed an order. They lost it. They gave me the wrong food after waiting an hour and a half. Used my meal plan so no refund.
I've never had a bad meal at a Chik FIL A, ever. The food is always tasty, hot and served by friendly helpful people. My only complaint is they're always swamped. They could have 3 more side by side and they'd still be busy.
