All of the team members that we interacted with had genuine smiles, were very pleasant and happy to help! Mandy, was our Cashier and Parker was our Server. Danielle Byrd was particularly pleasant and friendly and made for an awesome customer service experience! She greeted us, spoke with us and made us feel right at home. Our ordered was quickly processed, prepared, and served at the table that we were seated. Our meals were very fresh, delicious, and accurately prepared. Just went to cordele ga location and they are trying to pass off breakfast filets for chicken sandwiches. We weighed the breast 2.8 ounces. We called and they said that was the right size. Not sure how many people they are cheating but wanted to let everyone know. There night manager says they are supposed to be 3.4 or more. Not sure if it’s just this location but this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Sad that a place that preaches their philosophy would cheat you. Buyer beware!

I recently waited the Chick fil A at 1711 E 16th Ave, in Cordele, GA. I had a very good experience there. I ordered my breakfast meal and it was brought to .y table very timely. The person working the room asked me several times if I needed anything. The service always seems to be very good.

Stopped here on our long drive from FL to MN - what a delightful experience! Food was delicious and came out quickly, staff was so sweet and polite, and our Golden Retreiver received a pup cup and a milk bone!! We noticed other patrons were also cheerful and polite - know that your kindness is contagious 💕

This chicfila has quite possibly the best staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t normally write reviews for fast food establishments, but the cheer, kindness towards one another and customers, how polite and accommodating they were…. Left me speechless honestly. Bravo to this team of people! You made my day seeing such warmth.
