Caroline polacek is hands down one of the best employees at Chick-fil-A, Every time I come in, she greets everyone with a genuine smile and such a positive attitude. She’s fast, attentive, and always makes sure orders are right. Even when it’s super busy, she stays calm and treats every customer with respect. You can tell she truly cares about doing her job well and making people’s day better. Chick-fil-A is so lucky to have her!

Ryan Brimer in the kitchen made my grilled nuggets today, and they were absolutely delicious. My Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets were an easy 10/10 — honestly one of the best fast-food items I’ve had in a long time. They were surprisingly tender and juicy, with that perfect smoky, fresh-off-the-grill flavor that makes you forget it’s even fast food. The seasoning was spot-on: flavorful without being too salty, and balanced enough that you could taste the actual chicken. What really stood out was the texture — no dryness, no rubbery bites, just soft, perfectly cooked pieces that felt like something you’d make at home if you actually knew what you were doing in the kitchen. This Chick-fil-a does an amazing job in so many ways. The food is always good quality, they are not stingy with the sauces, and they have great customer service often remembering my name, and my order.

Delivery service at this restaurant is awful. Takes forever and all of the workers are rude to delivery drivers. This restaurant completely ignores the delivery orders and will not begin preparing the delivery orders until after the delivery driver arrives forcing the delivery order to be late to arrive to the delivery customer. It ought to be Chick fil A pleasure to serve all customers fast and friendly. Not just the in person customers.
