Chick-fil-A

I ran by as soon it opened 10.30 am. Plenty of staff, only 3 clients. I ordered 1 grilled chicken sandwich. It took me forever to get it. But the most sad part is - the sandwich was absolutely cold. I had to microwave it and my office is 1 minute away from the place. The guy at the front was very polite though.

Been quite a few times now, multiple times they have gotten my order incorrect. Not to mention that one of these times, I had to wait 40 minutes just to get my food and my order was still incorrect.

I ordered the number one. This sandwich was cold. The french fries was cold. I order a large macaroni and cheese. It look old and it was cold to the food was horrible. I am so disappointed.

Terrible service, constantly lost my order and wouldn’t make it up since their machines couldn’t print out a reciept

Food was okay. Horrible service. I walked up to the line that my kiosk was designated for and one of the guys is actively holding my food bag and he starts making fun of my name. I come up and grab my bag but he looks at me in the eye and is still laughing and smiling. I’ve worked at restaurants before where I’ve had to enter in people’s name and I would NEVER think to ever make fun of someone’s name LET ALONE to their face. The workers there clearly have no respect.
