Chick-fil-A

I came through the drive thru tonight 2/4/26 and asked for fresh strips in my meal and was told they couldn’t do that until the whole batch of strips were gone. First when I asked I was told it would be a wait and I said that’s fine. Then the girl proceeds to tell me she has to ask her manager and her manager is the one who stated I couldn’t have fresh food. Which is a lie. I have worked at Chic Fil A and this is false. If someone asks for fresh food then that’s what they should get. After I ordered I sat in line for almost 10 minutes before I got to the window. It obviously wasn’t their pleasure tonight. They tell you no if you ask for fresh food. This is why I usually go to the one in Starkville if I want it.

Let's start with John was very patient and professional, even with the chaos of the season. i.e. Christmas. His coworkers were very loud with their employees chatter, and not being steady with work. The food was very subpar, not chick-fil-A quality at all. More like KFC 🤢. I had been driving all day after working and was not feeling heavy food. We ordered a salad, spicy chicken meal, and a 10pc. strip meal. The market salad was warm and had brown leafs. Not very appealing or appetizing. The spicy chicken, was with mayo and extra pickles; it didn't have mayo and the waffle fries tasted old, they were hard. As for the 10pc. strip meal, let's just say they were small and curled up made it hard to dip and cold, again the waffle fries were hard and cold. The coke was alright but I ordered a fro

This Columbus, MS location is NOT up to the usual chic-fil-A standards. I was in the drive-thru twice in one evening (due to missing items in my order) and both times it was at a standstill. Appeared to be plenty of employees inside, but?? The grilled chicken did taste good..

As usual the food was okay but the service was less than stellar. I availed myself to the drive through only to be met by a young woman who was on her cellphone and still had her night scarf on her head. She never greeted me and failed to offer salad dressing options. C'mon...do the job you're being paid to do AND embrace the culture of service.

Drive through was packed! Still got great mini chicks for breakfast in good time!
