Once again (because this continues to happen every single time I order food here. This morning was the final time. No more visits from me. A good majority of your cashiers need to be retrained. The biggest problem is that when a cashier takes my order they do not LISTEN. The second problem is that the order is not checked before I leave with my food (sometimes drive through and sometimes like today when I come inside). This morning, I came in and ordered an "egg white grill” and NO SAUCE. I got an egg white grill on a biscuit (the cashier doesn’t even know what the item is on your actual menu). Never asked for a biscuit upon special accommodation. Once I leave the restaurant, I’m not driving back to fight traffic getting back in there to call them out for screwing up my order. Your cashier

Hot crispy fries, spicy seasoned crunchy skin chicken, still the best place for a fast food chicken sandwich!

Very bad rap, I had a chicken wrap,; it didn’t even have in it the ingredients that they said was on the bulletin board and before I ordered it, I asked them if they could make it and I wanted to have extra cabbage and add some onion., but guess what? , they don’t offer extra with the ordering of the WRAP.-and then when I received my food and I looked into it to see if it at least had what it said on the bulletin board, which is why I ordered it in the first place it didn’t even contain all the ingredients/especially the cabbage that was promised not white, not green and not red cabbage none at all. The food is going downhill very quickly at Chick-fil-A. When they started using Tyson meat boy did it really go south? There are a lot of good varieties and other options. Do fried Chicken very well. I would highly suggest going to electric slider. They are fantastic chicken sandwiches

While taking a bite of my sandwich, got a glob of something that didn’t seem to belong in the sandwich. Pulled it out. Not sure what it was, or if it was a part of some chicken, but definitely didn’t seem like it should be there. I called the customer assistance and asked to submit a complaint (along with photo). He said he would send me a link to do so. I have not received it, so I’m posting this on Google.
