Can someone please tell me what this is because it’s not a burrito?! I placed a mobile order and still had to wait a long time just to be given this?! I need a COMPLETE REFUND. (REVIEW I LEFT THROUGH APP)I am beyond disappointed. Every time I try to give this location another chance I am reminded why I would rather let my food get cold and order from a MUCH further location than come here. Upon returning home I see the two breakfast sandwiches and a burrito thats EXACTLY like the sandwiches, small and round. I will be uploading pictures through google review so you all can see how pathetic this “burrito” was. This burrito is nothing but tortilla and even that is hard and stale. If this location is incapable of making burritos then maybe it should be removed from your menu. For this to be

1/18/26 I'm responding to your response. Basically this is how Management covers up poor customer service of their managers. Chick fil A, is known for superb customer service. I've ordered food from CFA's all over the world. Whenever a customer is not satisfied with the service received /food, CFA always trys to accommodate the customer. I Was Not Asked if there was something else could be done. I had already purchased meals for my 89yr old mother and myself. I was force to purchase an additional meal for her in which it was not the breakfast food I had already ordered. I did not received Quality Customer Service at your/this location. One of the worst places for mobile orders. This location consistently messes up my orders. Today, I ordered a Biscuit with Egg & Cheese, large hash brown, small coffee, along with creamer and ketchup. I waited 20 minutes, and when I asked about my order, I was told it wasn’t ready yet. When I finally received it, the creamer and ketchup were missing. Although the manager apologized, the coffee and hash brown were cold by then. I’ve given this place many opportunities, but it’s clear that no one really cares about customer service here. It’s time to take my business elsewhere.

I have been here quite a few times and I usually have some issue with my order. Today my hashbrowns were cold, which is not out of the ordinary for this location. My breakfast bowl was also pretty room temp and my hashbrowns were full of oil and tasted awful like the grease was old and not hot when they cooked thes. For this to be one of the newer locations in the city there by far the worst location.
