Our family enjoys Chick Fil A, especially when traveling. We were in the Cherry Hill area for some shopping and chose to stop here for lunch and it did not disappoint. We want to especially compliment Joshua, who went far above and beyond to ensure the peppermint shake was safe for our teenager who has Celiac. He went to a separate machine to check the nutrition label and even printed out a list of ingredients for review. He was the traditional kind of person we expect at Chick Fil A, but then truly went above making his service exceptional. We'll done!

Cluck Yeah! Dropped by Chick-fil-A at Cherry Hill Mall and it was like hitting the fast food jackpot. Fry-Day Every Day! Those waffle fries? Crispy outside, fluffy inside, pure potato perfection. Sandwiches That Slay! The classic chicken sandwich is a taste bud party – juicy, tender, and that bun? Soft as a cloud. Salad Situation Hit or miss. Once got a salad that was more ‘meh’ than ‘yeah’, but hey, nobody’s perfect. Clean & Pristine This place shines brighter than my future. Spotless tables, gleaming floors. Service with a Smile Staff here are the real MVPs. Friendly, fast, and always with a smile that’s worth the wait. Drive-Thru Dreams They’ve got the drive-thru game down. I love chick-fil-a but the customer service was terrible 😂, I went through the driver thru and i guess the lady was having a bad day and took it out on me and had a attitude and when i asked for my order i clearly repeated it 3 times and she still gave me the wrong order and I know it was on purpose im not tryna act like a karen but she needa get fired asap. Definitely not coming to this chick-fil-a again. Just cause of that

Was just at this location. Fries were cold and stale. Chicken sandwich order was messed up and overall food was bad.
