Chick-fil-A

Found a long piece of hair in my breakfast burrito, absolutely disgusting. This is the second time this has happened, last time was hair in my fries, but luckily I caught it, and got new fries before I left he drive through. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

a closed Sunday, a singular menu focus, and a premium price—have paradoxically become its greatest strengths. 10/10

This location has an exceptionally slow drive thru by about 2-3x the wait compared with other locations. The hospitality is quite unlike any other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to (other than at the airport). I say this because the customer service is noticeably worse than to be expected at a Chick-fil-A, which typically starts with a poor environment and attitude set by management. The service you get here is more on the level of your average Burger King. I had several avoidable issues here and submitted a complaint in hopes things could be improved as this is my local Chick-fil-A, and the literal store manager called me to suggest that I don’t come back because they “can’t seem to get it right”. I expect more from a prior service member.

I visited this Chick-fil-A in Burlington, NJ after my daughter’s dentist appointment and had a mixed experience. The team member at the counter was polite but seemed to be handling everything alone, which led to a long wait. I originally asked for breakfast right around 10:32 AM and was told it had just ended, though there was some confusion as he checked with another staff member. My daughter and I both ordered, but our meals took over 10 minutes, and her order ended up being the breakfast #1 instead of the lunch #1 she intended. I think this location could benefit from better staffing and clearer communication, especially during busy transitions between breakfast and lunch. With a little more focus on time management and accuracy, the customer experience would be much smoother.

An "ok" Chick Filet - - really busy drive-thru, which affects service inside, too. That's understandable though - - my real gripe is how filthy the kids area is! We're always looking for kids play places, and this one is bigger than the one I'm Bensalem. Unfortunately, it's way, way dirtier- doesn't seem like they ever clean it....
