Chick-fil-A

If you gone to Chick-fil-A at lunch time u know how busy it can get. The line is usually wrapped all the way around. But the staff didn’t waste no time walking way out of their way and placing orders and taking payment way before you can even get to intercom. They were fully staff and took turns placing orders. And walking back and forth to cars. By the time I got to the window they had more staff taking orders to cars. Pushing out 3 orders at a time. The line went so fast due to their awesome teamwork! And the pineapple dragon fruit lemonade was so good as well as the spicy deluxe w Mac n cheese.

You guys were getting slammed today when I was there and still just killin it. I was in and out in probly 5mins w 2 orders while yall had 2 lines, the young man taking my order was great. Food was great, thanks for feeding me and my coworker lunch today. 🫡 You guys are awesome.

Zack is the Mgr this evening. He smiled with sincerity. He is very professional, kind and respectful. He even made a fresh cup of coffee for me. Very considerate. The bathrooms were clean, had supplies and warm water @the sink. I appreciate his attention to detail. This is a positive experience in the rain, in traffic, after my long day: Thank you.

It’s incredibly frustrating coming to this Chick-fil-A. They don’t pay attention when packing the bags. Usually I let it go because I’m not a confrontational person but today they missed an entire meal. I drove all the way back to Chick-fil-A from my house and got my food that they missed but the rest of my families food was cold. I’ve never had an issue with Chick-fil-A forgetting things until I moved next to this one. Now it’s happened numerous times and I shouldn’t have to just brush it off my shoulder or just “deal with” the cold food. I’m paying for Chick-fil-A not cold food and bad service.

It's Chick-fil-A, as always their food and service is great. Clean environment, clean restrooms. They are always busy but very productive with getting your meal out either inside or through the drive through. Our experience here at the Bryan location has allways been great throughout the years.. Hey, it's "My Pleasure" 😉
