I placed a mobile order and approached the worker outside who was taking orders on an iPad in the cold. I didn’t mind the setup at all, but she mentioned that her iPad had suddenly died and that a manager was coming to help. When the manager arrived, the interaction felt unnecessarily tense. It came across as though the employee was being blamed for something out of her control, and as a customer witnessing that, it was discouraging. There was also some confusion when the employee with the dead iPad tried to direct me to the speaker box. I wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me or someone on her headset, so she had to repeat herself. Not a huge issue, but it added to the overall lack of clarity. Had a wonderful experience! Our family enjoyed visiting this location. The young girl taking our order was very polite knowledgeable love that she read back my order to verify for accuracy. Her name takes said Kyra and in training. Great work!

I got the cobb salad in the drive thru, the egg that they sliced up on my cobb salad was a very teeny egg like maybe a pigeon egg and one of the slices had yolk in it, and the other three slices did not have any yolk in it and the slices was as big as a niclkel. I thought one of the main ingredients in a cob salad was the eggs. Next time, I'll bring it to their attention of what they did and ask for an extra egg that is regular size.

This is by far the best chick-fil-a I’ve been too, the service is great, the food is always delicious and fresh and the workers are friendly of course. I love this chick-fil-a

This location always delivers--100%. Brandon runs a great store and we appreciate having a clean, well-staffed, well-managed location close to us. The Birthday Bingo Family night was super fun and my kids always enjoy the play place on these cold winter days.
