Chick-fil-A

The slowest Chic-fi-la I know of. Lines are …long. Then you order a drink and it’s not what you ordered and food is not the same quality as the drive thru locations or the ones outside of NYC. Don’t waste your time or money…don’t even bother. Not enough tables to sit if that’s your plan. People just hang out inside. This location is just here to say they have one on the Bronx.

If I could put zero Stars I would I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A but not at this location overcooked food bad service had to repeat my order 15 times to get my drink right and still my sandwich was wrong and the fry oils are old forget about getting golden brown food you got an extra burnt

Sad to see so many negative reviews. I came here the second day after it opened and on a Friday evening. Much like everyone else it is super busy and crowded I don't bother getting on the line and just do mobile ordering. The wait time is about 15 minutes which makes sense with the volume. The people who did the mobile ordering were kind and helpful so that was a plus. Just got to find the best time to come because evening is swarming with youth and lunch has a rush. They don't offer Uber eats either even though I am close so hopefully they can solve that issue and the rush lessens. Overall decent location.

I would like to take a moment to thank Rosa and Sharnell for their great service recovery! Long story short, I ordered food through the Chic-Fil-A app and the DoorDash delivery driver picked up my food but never delivered it to me. After contacting DoorDash and reporting the driver, I contacted this specific location; I was able to speak with Rosa, who went above and beyond to rectify the situation. When I went to the location Rosa and supervisor Sharnell were quick to assist me with replacing my order and attempting to help me get my rewards used for the meal back to me. I want to thank them again for all their assistance, as they made my morning/birthday a little less hectic.

This is the absolute worst chick fil a in existence. The service is terrible - by all standards not just by chick fila’s. The employees dismiss your questions, roll their eyes when you ask for missing items, etc. but todaaayyyy took the cake for me. I wanted to surprise my son with CFA breakfast before school. Woke up early placed the order and then clicked that I was at the restaurant to make sure the food was ready when I arrived. I didn’t mind if it was a little cold. I got to the restaurant 10 mins later and no one even started my order - despite the fact that the app said my order had been started. Like FOOD HAD NOT BEEN COOKED. When I mentioned it was supposed to have been started the woman rolled her eyes, as usual. I didn’t say anything else lest they tamper with my food or make it
