Chick-fil-A

I recently had a fantastic visit to Chick-fil-A, and I have to give a big shout-out to one of the team members named Alex. The service overall was phenomenal, but Alex really went the extra mile. Not only was he super friendly, but he noticed that I was finished with my tray and took care of it right away. He even helped out another guest in the same way, making the whole dining experience just that much smoother and more pleasant. Definitely a place where the service stands out just as much as the food!

I love this chick fil a it's one of my favorite places to eat in brick, but the likes can be really long so id recommend going atw eird times.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Chick-fil-A and specifically this location. They are absolutely always, always busy, but the workers have a smile on, and they are hustling people out their food, running orders out to cars, taking orders in freezing cold weather in the drive-through and running around inside to make sure orders are filled quickly. Whoever does the hiring for this location, does a magnificent job. They only hire people who are friendly, kind, helpful, and clearly understand the type of atmosphere they will be working in. The food is absolutely incredible, but the people there really make it just so much better. The workers, management and ownership deserve much more than 5 stars!! Very impressive!!

The food and staff are always so nice. The reason for this review is because every time we get large fries the container is half full. We might as well just get the medium because it's the same amount. If it happened one or two times I'd look past it but it has been every time. If they aren't going to give more they should not offer a larger size and definitly should not charge more for the same amount.

I don’t know why but this Chik Fil A is terrible in the morning. I was the first one in the Takeout line, and my order took close to 10 minutes to receive. I didn’t order a lot of food. Just a chicken biscuit and hash browns. It doesn’t take this long to get my food when I go to a sit down restaurant. They need better management in the morning to get the crew moving faster.
