Seriously the worst. I understand what they’re trying to do-keeping the branch open at a satellite location during renovations to prevent layoffs and continue to serve Boston as its single operating location is an incredible idea. However, the execution of how the management has handled this temporary change has been abhorrent. Never have I had to wait 90 minutes from a delivery order just for it to be cancelled. One of my 3 delivery drivers (they kept cancelling because of the wait times, understandably) let me know that they were waiting 30 minutes at one point while the staff “investigated the delay of my order.” All of that time they could have been remaking it. This place isn’t real and does not exist. A chick fil a in the middle of Roxbury? Seriously? lol y’all think that’s real? Never in a million years I’m sorry! Chick fil a would never put a location in the middle of the hood. This is a ghost kitchen. Should not be legal or allowed and you all need to call the state to get it shut down! You put your order in and they go pick it up downtown or in Dedham and then give it to you. Why do you think your food takes forever and is cold? ? It’s coming from across the city. i think this location just wasn’t thought out. the wait time to pick up is so long, the space is small for the purpose, every time i’ve gone there’s a crowd of delivery who wait so long that they end up leaving so that causes the person waiting for their food to wait more time. the workers are great and are trying their best with what they have but it’s honestly just a mess.

This location is a dystopian hellscape of aggressive mad max Uber Eats driver pushing their way to the front of a small ordering window. If you want this to just be a delivery only location that’s fine- But if not they should prioritize and make it easier for regular guests, not the balaclava wearing moped menaces.

Worst food pickup experience in my life. I love chick fil a but this is not it. Ordered on the app and had to fight with like 50 delivery app people to get an order from a small window. This should not be open to the public and should just be a location for delivery people to pickup.
