Chick-fil-A

They need a better layout for the drive thru and mobile thru line at this location. I’ve never seen a layout for a Chick-fil-a like this one and it is not functional especially since this is a busy store. I ordered mobile thru but was told to get in the line for customers who hadn’t ordered yet (one line at the “drive thru entrance”) that then briefly splits out into mobile thru on the right and drive thru on the left but then merges again for giving out orders. What is the point of the mobile thru at this location? It also makes no sense to give customer’s orders out of order. Employees are coming all around the building just to give out food but then you’re stuck in line because the car in front of you hasn’t gotten their food yet. Food is always good but the wait is horrible. They recently remodeled/added a "mobile" drive thru line but that wait is just a long as ordering while there...and its ALWAYS like this.

Riley was a blessing. She provided quick and expedited service with a smile. She ensured I got my meal which was shortly after ordering. After a 2.5 hour drive I was excited to see a Chick-fil-A as our small town does not have one. My husband is active duty military with a CDL, we were pulling a simple 8ft trailer, as we approached the drive thru we looked for signs that indicated trailers we not allowed, but we did not see one, so my husband continued into the drive thru. We were told to exit the drive thru because they said my husband was going to hit something, so they made sure to make it 10times harder and make him back up with traffic all around us, (which my husband did easily) and exit the drive thru. I just don’t not understand how they will make someone reverse with traffic around with a trailer but refuse to just let us go straight. At this point we were just frustrated, and decided to leave. Went there to grab a catering order. Food was good, but you have to put all orders on the site and they require a card even if u plan to pay with cash upon pick-up and I got charged on my card. It wasnt a big deal for me, but it could be different for someone else.
