Chick-fil-A

Chick-fil-A was so good. The food was actually yummy and fresh, and it came out fast. Also random but the bathroom sink water was literally the perfect warm temperature which I appreciated 😭 The whole place felt clean and nice. I’d definitely go back

I don't know what happens here when it rains, but you really need to fix it. Last week, I sat 20 minutes and hadn't even got to the awning. I parked and went inside to order at the counter. I had my food in 4-5 minutes. Tonight, it took 25 minutes to loop the building once, stop line to food pickup. Not acceptable, your team is better than this. When I opened the bag there were no utensils to eat with. I'm not eating mac and cheese with my fingers, especially since there were no napkins, or the sauce I requested. Maybe, if the 3 ladies who were standing in the door where the food was coming out would put their radios down, stop chatting, and help pack the food your speed and quality control might improve. A big group came in right before us and they directed us to another register so we didn’t have to wait. Great customer service! The lady getting refills was very sweet and helpful.

Friendly staff and fast service makes this Chick-fil-A stand out. Food was hot and served quickly!

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location today. My food was brought to the wrong table by an employee, and the other customer had already handled it before returning it. When I asked for the order to be remade for obvious hygiene reasons, the staff simply moved the food from one tray to another instead of remaking it. What was even more concerning was that several managers were standing nearby and witnessed the situation, yet no one stepped in to correct it or address the concern. The lack of urgency and basic customer care was alarming. Situations happen, but how they are handled matters. Serving food that was already delivered to another table and expecting the customer to accept it is unacceptable. I expected much better service and professionalism.
