Chick-fil-A

I ordered a salad through DoorDash. It was delivered with brown soggy lettuce. I received a refund from DoorDash and ordered another salad thinking that it would be fresher this time because it’s during peak lunch hours. Well, I was wrong and the second salad was just as nasty. I don’t know if this is fair to this location but I got a filet on my spicy delux sandwich that was maybe half chicken. I only ate the half that actually had chicken. I’m sure the location operator doesn’t control the product coming into their restaurant but my sandwhich and fries were so disappointing. Maybe anemic chicken is a recession indicator but I expect a lot better from americas best chicken sandwich.

My experience was ahhhmazing! Except for victor... I used the chick fil a app to dine in with two of my friends and once my food was ready I was greeted with no words. When I asked Victor if I could get some sauce he said: "yeah go to the counter" and then walked off. No words, no helpfulness and no kind smiles. That's just not what I normally receive when I go to Chick fil a in bentonville..

I loooove Chick-Fil-A, my 20,000 lifetimes points will speak to that but recently I’ve noticed this location has kind of been slacking.. Straws, utensils, SAUCES, Missing. Quality of food, Gross. What’s going on? New employees, Lazy employees? Usually this location is on top of everything. What’s changed? Just 2 weeks ago I ordered a 10ct chickin minis and I GOT CHICKEN NUGGETS, I never have any complains but seriously?

This is Chickfila so you are going to get good service and food but man I have never seen a CFA drive through move as slow as this one. Every visit has been slow and they need to greatly improve the speed and efficiency here.
