Chick-fil-A

36 minutes in the drive thru... wrong order at the window,had to wait for an additional 13 minutes for them to make the order the right way and Fresh Grill the chicken. Chick-fil-A is always a go-to with very good food,I have no idea what's happening at this location???No person should ever wait for 40 minutes for two burritos from a fast food restaurant. The drive-through setup is horrible it makes you sit and wait you cannot get out once you get in and mobile orders pass you 5 to 1.... if ownership or management has a chance to see this post, please do better you are losing a customer

Waited in line while they weren’t busy while everyone talked and stood around cleaning. Finally took my order and had to ask if someone had made my milkshake even though they weren’t busy. Just lots of young workers talking and doing their job halfway. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Needs a good manager present.

I’ve always loved chic fil a. Our house burned so we’re close now. It has been the best place to eat in Belmont. Thanks for the good hot food and friendly service.

This is one of those places that even when it's busy, it's really not. Food is always good, and service is always on point. No complaints
