Chick-fil-A

I visited Chick-fil-A - Bartow for lunch today while I was in training, and I was disappointed by the long wait time. It took a total of 14 minutes for me to get through the drive-thru and receive my food, including about 8 minutes waiting just to be attended to. I was in a rush and chose to stop by because I expected the quick, efficient service I normally experience at Chick-fil-A - Winter Haven. Unfortunately, this visit did not reflect the fast service I’ve come to rely on. I hope this feedback helps improve the drive-thru flow during busy lunch hours.

I visited the Chick-fil-A location in Bartow and had another excellent experience! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal and, as always, was never disappointed with the quality. The food was fresh and delicious, and the wait time was reasonable. It was not too long at all. I really appreciate the nice, welcoming atmosphere at this location. The staff is always friendly and professional, which makes for a pleasant dining experience. This Bartow location consistently delivers great service and food quality. Highly recommend!

Whoever was doing curbside orders this evening, that was top tear customer service. Greeted with smile and polite manners. Good job chick-fil-a!

I stopped by Chick-fil-A today and was truly impressed by Mimi’s kindness. She was extremely attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Her positive attitude and great customer service made my visit outstanding. Thank you, Mimi, for making the experience even better!

I have always trusted chickfila to have my order proper. they're one of the few restaurants I can drive away without checking my order. However, this location is a different situation. I've lost faith in them to provide a correct to go order. I have to check my order now & I'm always missing something. I eat at this location at least twice a week & there's always something missing.
