Chick-fil-A

Horrible, I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich add cheese no tomato. I received a grilled sandwich with tomatoes and no cheese. The Mac n cheese is a dry mess and the chicken soup is gelled together.

Surprised how efficient and clean this Chick-fil-A is. Its quite busy but they were quick and we sat at a table they brought the food to us. Multiple staff came by to check on us, refill our drinks, take our trash. They clean the tables and seats between customers. I was very impressed.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A and, as usual, it delivered. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you’re hoping for when you want something quick and reliable in the middle of a hectic hospital day. Morgan at the counter was a pleasure — welcoming, patient, and genuinely upbeat. That kind of attitude goes a long way, especially in an environment where most people are in a rush or under stress. Service was smooth, the area was clean, and everything moved efficiently despite the constant flow of people. This location proves you don’t have to sacrifice quality or service just because it’s inside a hospital. Easy 5 stars.

This is BY FAR the worse Chic-fila I have ever visited. You would think that a bunch of 10yo work in the back. From the consistently getting your order wrong (like not even reading) to forgetting everything besides your (wrong) food in the bag. It's AWFUL! This place is in a hospital, we do not have time to come back to fix our food every single time they are too lazy to read! These are nurses and doctors! Parents want to be with their sick children, not arguing with some Gen Z about the incorrect food they received. I have worked at Chick-fil-a before and its so sad to see this place operate this way. I go here for convenience but there has been NOTHING convenient about this Chick-fil-a. I was excited when they came to campus, now I miss McDonalds... Please retrain staff on the Chickfila

Number one issue the app doesn’t work for dine in orders. Number 2 after only about 30 minutes or longer when your order finally does make it to your table it is soggy and cold and the condiments like sauces and salt NEVER COME OUT WITH YOUR ORDER. And if you are extremely lucky all of the items you order will not come to the table with your order. Employees have a confused look and ask you if you are having issues with your order. And desserts: there is a federal law that prohibits them to bring your desserts out with your order. ONCE you have eaten your food your must physically get up from your table and walk to the counter and be sure to take your receipt with you to prove you are not a liar or a thief to get your dessert.
