Chick-fil-A

My recent visit to Chick-fil-A was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the team members were incredibly fast with my order, and the employee who took my payment was very kind and friendly – as is usually the case at Chick-fil-A! However, I was very disappointed with my Cobb Salad. This is the second time I've had to pick through the salad and remove old, brown pieces of lettuce, which significantly detracted from the enjoyment. I really looked forward to this salad and paid $10.27, but ended up not eating half of it due to the poor quality of the lettuce. I hope this issue can be addressed to match the excellent service typically provided.

Tonight, I stopped by this location for dinner and ordered a frosted root beer to drink. Distracted, I didn’t notice at first, but after sipping about a third of it, I realized I’d been served a vanilla milkshake instead! I flagged down a friendly employee named Robin and, given how much I’d already drank, asked if she could simply add some root beer to make it right. Without hesitation, she smiled and said, “Oh, sir! I’ll whip up a fresh frosted root beer for you right away. Enjoy that milkshake in the meantime!” In under five minutes, I had my correct drink in hand, complete with a warm “my pleasure.” Beyond that moment, Robin was bright, attentive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The grilled chicken bites were really delicious, my husband had 3 of the original chicken sandwiches. He is a very loyal client to Chick-fil-A. This is a new store front. Amazing building...it was packed, because they were closing for the Christmas eve time. Plenty of room, even as packed as they were. However, not necessarily negative, but the staff was so exhausted...you could tell.

Manager sang happy birthday to a kid who really really wanted someone to sing to him. It was so cute. Also food was good and restaurant was clean. It was a lunch rush, and a lot of people were walking up the tables that had been vacated Literally a minute ago and demanding that they be cleaned immediately (in ways that thought were rude) but the staff were super nice about it and cleaned them all really quickly.

This new location for Chick-fil-A is perfect! Two very long, wide( great for trucks) lanes to order from. Super efficient employees bring your order to your vehicle while in line. The parking lot is huge! Nobody is sitting in the street waiting to get hit by passing vehicles and no traffic lanes are blocked by people trying to get in line to order. A vast improvement over the previous location.
