The service is excellent, they always great you warmly. The location is clean and looks great. The chicken is savory and tender. Definitely recommend.

Remember when all those people were talking about traffic increasing because of this place. Traffic was going to increase due to the jamming in of too many apartments. At least we can have a decent chicken sando now while we wait on traffic. Milkshakes are also quite good.

I didn't realize they don't have a drive thru, so I went in. There were two crowds of people. One for those pre-ordered or online, and one for those ordering now. Didn't seem like the pre-order line was moving any faster than mine, so I'm not sure there's any advantage right now. The guy who took my order was nice. But like other cfa I've been to, I think maybe he was new... but sure. I only got fries, drink and 2 cookies. But when I got home, there was only 1 cookie. That made me really upset! This wasn't a difficult order.
