Chick-fil-A

Every time I’ve been to this Chic-Fil-A, they get my order completely wrong. I usually don’t leave reviews. However, the last time I went, they gave me fries instead of mac n cheese even though it said mac n cheese on the receipt. I went again today and ordered grilled nuggets and they gave me regular, again with “grilled” being on the receipt. At this point it’s a running joke for me but this should be fixed Update: just went through again to fix my nuggets and realized they gave me a coke instead of a sweet tea. FIX THIS!!!

Ordered a Cobb salad and before opening the lid I noticed a black hair on top of the salad. Went back to the store to have it remade, drove all the way back to work and there was a black hair hanging out of the container (half shut in the container and half hanging out). Now I’m stuck at work without lunch and irritated. Someone clearly isn’t wearing a hair net today..

I visit this location often, and it’s always great! Great service, food, and drive through moves super quick! JB at the drive through window was incredible kind and personable, and made sure my order was correct!

I am not one to make reviews but I ordered an original iced coffee and got this. No creamer no syrup. It was disgusting. I was so disappointed with my coffee.

I recently visited the establishment via drive through and my order was properly handled by a very welcoming and friendly employee, Suri! She handled my order in a timely fashion and with excellent menu knowledge. Definitely will be coming back!!
