Today is my birthday, & I was excited to have Chick Fil A as my meal of choice. I ordered my nuggets well done & was told at the register that that would be possible. I then received my meal and noticed that they were not & was then told that they would not be able to accommodate my needs. I let it go and just ate my fries. I then went to use the restroom, I had to walk out to ensure that I was in the women's restroom as the toilet seats were up with urine & feces staining the toilets as well as toilet paper all around everywhere. I have never had such a negative experience at Chick Fil A.
The volume of business this location is able to accommodate blows my mind. There is never a time during open hours where there is not a drive through line. Even during their busiest times, the wait is minimal. My orders are consistently correct and fresh. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious! If you aren’t using the mobile app, you are missing out on some great deals and fun surprises.
This Chick-fil-A used to have great customer service, but it has really gone downhill. The employees here are just plain rude a lot of the time or at best, not friendly. Honestly, I’ve had more consistent and friendly service at McDonald’s. Nine times out of ten, the staff there are really sweet. I can’t even remember the last time I had a good customer service experience at this Chick-fil-A.
I want to give thanks to Andrew Lang and the CFA team—I know the CFA Team streamlines their drive-thru as best as they can. This is why I was very guilty of inconveniencing them to add a cup of soup to my order at the last minute. However, once I got to the window, Andrew was not only kind and friendly, he was also fast and efficient. If there were cornerstones to CFA’s success, it’s because of team members like Andrew who so graciously roll with the punches and remain kind to customers in stride. Andrew, (and CFA Team) thank you—was having a rough day and your kindness went a long way 🙏.
Chick-fil-A was really good. I really do have to say that the staff has been really good trained at this location. They they also really really do a really good job as calling you family I like their purpose of their company to make you feel like family which is which is really kind of great they can also really just make you feel a lot. Happier when you’re at this location.
