Chick-fil-A

I've been to stores all over the country and this one might be the worst. On a company that built itself on speed and quality, I dont know how they allow it. Been to this location 6 or 7 times and I've never waited less than 15 minutes for food. Everywhere else in the country, 3 minutes max. This place couldn't be any slower and the buns are consistently stale. Last time in, one couple in line, we order right after, nobody else in line. 3 minutes later a bus load of college kids come in. 28 minutes later, I get my food after all the college kids. Ridiculous. I now avoid this location and plan accordingly.

The food was very good, although our server forgot to give me silverware (plastic). The setup of the dining area is poorly designed as are all the newly redesigned NYS Thuway rest stops. There is very limited seating for diners and the walk through traffic has to walk through the lines of people waiting to order or get their food at the dining venues

The staff was sensible. When I went with the kids, they gave me a napkin and fruit drink first, made the waiting time not boring, not hungry, and I loved your smile. You were working the last day of 2025. Thank you.

Decided to stop on my drive back home. Was expecting it to be a quick stop but service was very very slow. I ordered four little chicken sliders and it took 20 minutes. I heard the staff complaining that the staff in the back were lazy or slow

We drove through. They got our order right, the drive thru went pretty quick. The family likes the food and prefers it over some other chicken places.
