Chick-fil-A

Slowest Chick-fil-a on earth. How can every other Chick-fil-a be 10x faster and how is this the only one that doesn’t provide good customer service? Whoever manages this place should feel bad about how horrible of a job they are doing.

Ordered Online, app said my order was ready. Went to pick it up and they said they hadn’t made my order yet. I ordered at 3:40, and went to pick it up at 4:10. It is 4:40 and the people have the nerve to tell me that they already handed out my order even though I’ve been standing here waiting for it. They seem to be trying to maximize their wait times by clicking off orders early and just never making them. And then they are taking your money and lying to you about it. They keep your money and try to gaslight so they don’t have to make your order! EVIL tactics! The campus should investigate them, and I might even make a report myself.

I love the food. It's kinda creepy how everyone says "my pleasure" though. Like it just cannot be possible that someone is that PLEASURED by working at a fast food joint 😂😑 feels fake, like they are straight up lying. Other than that though i like it. I get the spicy chicken sandwich usually. The spice level is great, def a kick but not too hot. And it's only 500 calories.

Chick-fil-a is always great, but the staff at this location are the most efficient of them all. The queue is crazy but totally worth it. Also the prices are slightly higher than Chick-fil-a on Bardstown Road.

The most lousiest, laziest, incompetent workers. I get 2 things and my order is wrong 80% of the time. The ETA would say a certain time, 30 minutes later it’s still not saying the order is ready. Once the order is ready it takes another 10 to even get it. They’re constantly not thinking. If you get ANYTHING that’s not basic nuggets or sandwich, might as well set up base bc it’s going to take forever bc they just don’t get how to multitask.
