1/29/26 Thursday 10am whoever is on drive-through sounds incredibly rude and simple questions that I asked seemed too frustrate her far more than it should. Lady at window was nice. Food was full of rock hard fry.

I ordered two peppermint milkshakes with cherries and whipped cream. I was given two incomplete shakes. I also waited over five minutes for these shakes. I do not recommend this location.

Spent $30 dollars between 2 salad’s and a 2 drinks, asked for a third empty salad bowl, So I can give some to my daughter from mine since I wasn’t super hungry and she doesn’t eat a lot. Was told this location doesn’t give empty salad bowls because the cost to make them is expensive!? I offered to pay for the empty bowl because it wasn’t about the cost but the convince for my family. After asking to pay 3 times for an empty salad bowl I wasn’t getting anywhere with the manager who’s no more than 18 years old. Have done a beach day with this same order at other locations and never had an issue. Will never be back to this location. Lost a chic-fli-a customer over a $1 plastic bowl I offered to even pay for.

Normally I would give a positive review across the board, however I’m disappointed with the inconsistency at this location. Ordered 2 nights in a row. Last night grilled nuggets and kale side salad. Got home nuggets were NOT grilled. Tonight same order only the kale salad had less kale then normal, literally tasted like there was N0 dressing on it and the almond package that comes with it was not there. It was not even busy at the time I was there.

The quality of Chick-Fil-A restaurants across the board has gone down in recent times. I remember when these restaurants used to be known for speed and friendly great service. For example, if an order was taking a while, they used to just have us pull forward and bring the order to us. Tonight, they had me drive around. From the time I gave my name at the intercom to the time I got my order it was probably 8-10 minutes. I'm not saying the food isn't good - but don't count on this place if you're in a hurry.
